The newly formed Colonial Theatre Youth Troupe will perform an original musical, “All in the Planetary” the last week of April.
Students 8-12 years auditioned last December and have been attending acting, singing, and dancing classes since January. The 18-member troupe includes students from Augusta, Manchester, Readfield, Winthrop and Whitefield. The musical, written by the director, Barbara Helen Baker, runs approximately 30 minutes and is suitable for all ages. The plot involves the Sun calling all her planets home for a meeting when her Rays refuse to shine on a polluted Earth. Donations Graciously Accepted. |
